Slim Fast On-the-Go Bottles Review

You might be thinking what I’m thinking…  The time of year has arrived when I think food has no calories and I indulge to the point of stuffing myself.  I’m sure I’m not the only one.  With the Holidays right around the corner and juggling family life, thinking about losing those last 5-15 pounds for any special occasion, such as a high school reunion or wedding, or even that Christmas photo, can seem difficult. My Take:  I’m running around all day for the kids, even though they are all in school all day now.  I’m working in the classroom and at the school, doing my own errands, and catching up on work both online and around the house.  Often I honestly forget to eat because it means stopping my momentum and getting in the kitchen to create something.  I find myself snacking and not fulfilling my body’s needs.  Trying out the Slim Fast plan, I can get my protein, fiber and vitamins and minerals, still snack healthfully, and maybe lose some pounds at the same time. 

I tried out the Creamy Milk Chocolate flavored shake and was pleasantly surprised.  It smells and tastes just like chocolate milk.  The consistency is like milk, not too thick, but not watery.  I think it’s like a melted malt in flavor and it’s really good.  The only downfall I feel is that one shake is too filling for me, at 10 fl.oz. I can drink about half to 3/4 before feeling full.   On the plus side, I’ve been full and feeling more energy throughout the day and am not starving by dinner time like some weight loss plans may have you feeling.  I’ve added the snacks into my schedule, fruit being the easiest and most desirable choice lately, it seems to cancel the fact that I’m drinking chocolate throughout the day!

Just as I sit at my desk to work sipping my coffee, I can easily add a straw to this drink and multi-task without breaking my routine.
