I have really big curly hair. That being said, I usually can’t get a straight look for an entire day unless I have visited my hairdresser! When I was asked to try out the Karmin Professional Salon Pro G3 Professional Styling Iron, I figured I would give it a try.

I hadn’t straightened my hair in quite awhile. Honestly, it had become too much work with my old flat iron so I had given up. In fact, it turns out I have pretty much given up on doing much with my hair other than putting it in a pony tail! I was looking for a recent big hair picture and all I could find were pony tail pictures!
I have spent the summer working at a pool, so I do have an excuse right? Well, maybe.
I followed the instruction manuals tips on working in layers to straighten my hair. After each layer was straight, I pulled it back out of the way for the next layer. I had never done this before but it really helped me to only work on the next layer and get a much flatter look. My “just out of my pony tail no make-up I need a haircut and color” before picture, then you can see my “still need a haircut and color but can go out in public” finished style.
The Karmin Professional Salon Pro G3 was really easy to work with. It retained it’s heat throughout straightening all my hair and best of all, it took me half the time it would take me to get this look with my old flat iron. And with 4 girls in my house, the Salon Pro G3 is definitely going to get a workout!

I have a voluminous curly hair as well. It takes me about an hr and half to get it straighten with my currently flat iron. This post comes so handy because theres so many flat irons in the market that I get overwhelmed and I dont really know which one to choose!
