Here’s a recipe from a great friend (hi Lisa!) that she served once at a get together and I ate them like it was my last meal on earth! They are quick and easy and can be easily adapted to fit your tastes.
Sweet and Sour Meatballs
1 package frozen meatballs (beef or turkey)
1 15 oz. can sweet and sour sauce
1 can crushed pinapple
1 green bell pepper (you can use red or both)
1 sweet onion (we only use about a quarter, sliced)
Toss all the ingredients into a crockpot on low for 5 hours, or high for 3 until meatballs are heated through.
