My Take:  My berries were delivered in a box with lots of insulation and atop dry ice.  There was cardboard separating the box and the dry ice but it was very cold to the touch, thus the berries were cold when we opened them.  Upon first appearance they are almost too pretty to eat.  The cream and pink chocolate was adorned with sparkly sugar and the berries were large with the red fruit looking completely ripe.  Ready to take the first bite, my friend and I were excited to try them!  The chocolate coating wasn’t too thick around the berry, but enough to taste the champagne flavor kissing the chocolate.  The slight “bite” from the champagne gave the chocolate some nice flavor, I noticed the flavor of the champagne slightly more in the pink champagne berries, almost not at all in the white.  It was a nice pairing and would be delicious with a glass of champagne!  There were six berries in the box and each of us had two and we were set for a while, ate the other two for breakfast!  The half-dozen sell for $34.99.
