A healthy and active lifestyle is one of those things that everyone has on their mind on some level. In our house it’s something we want more of and plan to enjoy now that school is out and summer is here. Part of getting outside and moving our bodies is also the goal of eating right and making good choices every day. Over the years, when I’ve needed to have a little help with that goal, Weight Watchers has been a wonderful partner in obtaining it. Not only do they give you the tools you need to determine a healthy eating plan, but they also provide delicious food choices to make things even easier (and tastier!)
Just in time for summer there is a fantastic new selection of Weight Watchers Ice creams and Frozen Yogurts that were a HIT with my family! Thanks to Weight Watchers we were sent a sample of their delicious new flavors, which on one fun evening my family tried all of. There were favorites, like the Strawberry Swirl Frozen Yogurt cup, which everyone loved the most. Not that we didn’t also enjoy partaking of the Black Cherry, Chocolate Fudge Brownie and Mint Chocolate Chip — they were all yummy and refreshing. But we admit to a favorite in the Strawberry Swirl.
Another hit are the ice cream bars. We sampled the Salted Caramel bars, which offer a treat that makes you feel like you’re indulging in something terribly bad for you, but truly you aren’t. All of the desserts have their points posted on the box, and using Weight Watchers points system you know exactly how to fit your desserts in and still be healthy. I love that!
