We love simple and easy and things great for school lunches like the Tilla-Moos, it’s a great source of calcium and gives you the pick up you need any time of the day! Not to mention the kids love that the colby-jack mixes both yellow and white cheese in a marbled, “cool” appearance. It that’s what helps them eat it, fabulous!
Something I’m starting to like more often is the Pepper Jack block, add it to plain sandwiches or give some kick to the everyday quesadilla. The jalepenos are hot, but if you can handle the spice it’s a nice change and why not melt it over tortilla chips for a great nacho treat! The cheese melts nicely!
The Tillamook website is a great source of information and has a section of recipes and specifically kid recipes that I appreciate! I loved the opportunity to really try out Tillamook, as a mom that becomes loyal to brands, this has really opened my eyes to something new and delicious!
