A few weeks ago at my Bunco group, our host made a wonderful spread of pulled pork tacos and the fixins and a fabulous drink that I had to take the recipe down for! She called it “Skip and Go Naked!” and it was so delicious that you wouldn’t believe it had alcohol in it!
The ingredient list is as follows, sounds a bit strange, but mix this baby up and you’ll be surprised!
(makes one pitcher)
2 cans beer (your choice)
1 can frozen lemonade (pink or regular)
Vodka (your favorite brand)
Squirt soda
In a pitcher, pour in the beer and lemonade. Fill the lemonade can with vodka, add to mixture. Fill lemonade can with Squirt soda twice and stir. Serve over ice.
I’m making this today for my sister-in-law’s block party and I’m hoping they love it as much as I do.
If you’re not a beer fan, don’t worry, you don’t taste it! Really! Maybe I’ll use pink lemonade and add a touch of red food coloring and change the name to “Firecracker!” Try it and let me know if you love it!
