It’s been such a fabulous week! It was my 41st birthday, it’s almost Valentine’s Day, Girl Scout cookies came in, and I got a wonderful treat from Starbucks in the mail! I told you it was fabulous! There’s nothing better on these cold mornings than a hot cup of deliciousness to warm you body and soul. I received two boxes of Starbucks coffee and I’m eager to enjoy them with and without those cookies!
This morning, I paired the Starbucks Aria Blend with some cranberry citrus crisps and it was a match made in heaven!

Well, I don’t have a special woman right now but I do have my 4yr old son this weekend. And we will celebrate in our own way by grilling some steaks and washing them down with some tasty juice boxes.

My hubby and I celebrated early with dinner out, but I’m planning on making the family brownies while everyone is out on Friday afternoon
My plans just to spend my day with my husband staying in bd as long as i can.
This year I’ll be watching House of Cards marathon with friends, but am making lots of baked goods for work!
Spouse gets card and chocolates, we have a nice dinner and maybe we will watch a romantic movie.
Because Valentines is on a Friday this year we are sending the kids off to grandmas for the weekend so we can have the house to ourselves.

For Valentine’s Day, I am making red velvet waffles with my mom and sisters. We are having a romantic comedy marathon with chocolate chip brownies, cookies and cream ice cream and chocolate covered popcorn!
