To thank my parents for watching our kids while we vacationed in Hawaii, I ordered some fabulous metal signs for their backyard fence. My dad loves them and I thought they’d be a neat addition to the ones he has up already. My parents have always loved birds, have some caged, and of course they love their grandkids too. This sign is the best of both world for them, the Primative Bird Metal Sign:
For up to 8 personalized names on the birds, we used 5 to represent all of my parents’ grandchildren. You have 12 spaces for a family name at the bottom and each name used for the birds has also up to 12 characters each. The sign looks “weathered” like the wood panels on the fence, so it’s a really nice fit. The sign is adorable and my parents loved it!
The Beach and Lake Metal Sign was also nice for their backyard. No they don’t live at the beach or lake, but they have a lovely yard with swimming pool and we’ve always nicknamed it the “Backyard Beach” when referring to grandma’s house.
Sure summer may be over, but the past few California days have been in the 90’s! Our late summer has my parents enjoying the back yard and their new signs and will well into the late fall.
