Made to Fit Mallory Style Lee Jeans Review

It is finally starting to feel like winter in my neck of the woods, so it’s time to unpack the sweaters and scarves. Being plus size can sometimes make it difficult to find comfortable clothes – especially jeans. The problem I have is how they sit on my waist and hips. I have an hourglass shape so they either sit too high on my waist or they gab in the back. Needless to say, once I find a pair of jeans I like…I wear them forever!

The Lee website has a large selection of women’s jeans including plus size and was easy to maneuver. There were a ton of different cuts and washes. You can use a quick glance to see some basic info about the jeans or get full product detail. I found it really easy to move around and go back to my search results – which some websites struggle with.

I finally settled on the “Made to Fit Mallory” with embellished back pockets. I choose a stretch Premium Label (premium fit collection), Natural Fit, Barely Boot-Cut in a petite length.

I tried them on prior to washing and they fit great. After washing them, I discovered they still fit great!! YAY! Nothing worse than washing a pair of comfy jeans and making them too tight! They have an adjustable waist-band to keep from gapping in the back. The fabric is SUPER soft – which is nice because I have sensitive skin. The pockets on the inside are a silky type material that feels great against my skin. They sit great on my waist. There is no rising up when I sit and it doesn’t impede my movements. They are just a tad long on me (I’m only 5”1). I haven’t tried them on with anything with a heel – YET! They are a full boot-cut (don’t let the “Barely” part fool you) so they will fit perfect over all those long boots in your closet.

I’m over the moon that I found a great pair of jeans online – not always an easy feat! I’ve even put a couple on my Christmas list to Santa. Fingers crossed I’ve been a good girl this year! :o)
