Victoria Kann is the award winning illustrator and author of the picture book series featuring the whimsical and effervescent character, Pinkalicious. Victoria co-authored and illustrated the first two books, Pinkalicious, Purplicious as well as the play, Pinkalicious The Musical with her sister Elizabeth Kann who is a doctor who has yet to see an actual case of Pinkititis.ย She wrote and illustrated Goldilicious and is working on several more books about the adventures and antics of Pinkalicious.
The Pinkalicious character was inspired by Victoria’s real life daughters โ two girls with vibrant imaginations who love cupcakes, dress up, playing princess, and all things pink. Recently Victoria’s husband, a toy designer, built a tree house for their Princess Pinkerbelles. She often hears galloping in the house and wonders if it’s Goldilicious or just her Pinkerellas.

This series about books is so cute! I love the problem solving and the adorable story lines…and of course my almost 6 year is a giant fan of anything PINK!

I love the message that all the Pinkalicious books have and that it is told in a funny way that really makes it stick with my 7 year old. She has loved these books since she was 4 and is so proud of herself that she can read them all by herself now!
My mom lost her battle with cancer and we had to cancel our beach trip. My 3 year old loves her some pinkalicious! She would love this stuff for when we go to the beach NEXT summer and smile at the sun knowing “Nanak” is watching us from heaven.
