My oldest daughter will be thirteen in over a week. Our living room floor is hardwood, so when my daughter wants to practice tap or other dance, she can move the audio system into the living room and set it easily on the bookshelf. The unit can be removed from the plug and taken outside, in the garage, and even to your friend’s house with a built-in rechargeable battery, that also keeps your iPod or iPhone charging when it’s in the dock!

The remote is bonus, she can switch songs, change from iPod to radio, and adjust the volume all from laying in bed or sitting at her desk. If that doesn’t scream TEENAGER, I don’t know what does! Overall, this is a great investment and a super gift for the tween and teens in your life. The unit is not bulky or even too loud at that so that music can be played at the tone the rest of the household appreciates. The only thing that could make this unit better is an alarm for the clock so that an additional one isn’t needed.
