Who loves brownies? Wait, a better question is who doesn’t like brownies? I bet that number is low. Brownies are one of my favorite go-to comfort desserts. Especially if you have a chocolate brownie with chunks of more chocolate with hints of chocolate syrup. Heaven. The best pieces in the brownie platter are those around the edge, a firmer outside with a moist center! Imagine if every single brownie in your batch had that great double texture, it can happen. Chicago Metallic offers a Slice Solutions brownie pan that will give you perfectly cut brownies every time!
I know that a few of the people in our family don’t care for nuts in their brownies or cookies. With the Slice Solutions pan, you can add toppings to some-not-all of the batch and make everyone happy!
You simply make your brownies (or muffins, biscuits, breads) with their normal mixing directions, place the removeable tray inside the 9X9 pan and pour in the batter. Place the sectioned divider into the mix and bake. No extra timing or higher heat is needed.
The brownies come out perfect every time, as if each individual piece was cooked separately! The kids won’t argue over who has the biggest piece and it’s perfect for school functions, bake sales, or parties.
To avoid any extra sticking, just gently grease the divider’s sections. For a few extra dishes, this is a neat item to have in any mom’s kitchen and is an added help to bakers as well.
