Fort building was big when I was a kid, I remember pulling off all the couch cushions and covering them with blankets.  I don’t know what it is about a secret hideaway, but my own kids do the very same thing.  Not to mention my youngest two are into building things with Legos and blocks, it was fate that we discovered Fort Magic!  Toys that enable making things are always encouraged in my house!
