As summer comes to a close, something typical for our central California weather trend is an Indian Summer. This happens as fall approaches and we continue to get the hot days and warm evenings. We really can’t complain, I’m definitely not ready for being locked up indoors.

Our Take: The hammock chair is incredibly comfortable and conforms to your body. Often the rope fabric can be rough and scratchy, but sitting in it with shorts and a tank top was just as relaxing as the couch! The assembly is a cinch, just drill a hole to hang and hook up the chain. We hung ours just outside our family room sliding glass door. My husband did add a little length to the chain for a simpler access for our younger children to climb in. My husband also commented that he’d love to replace all our couches to the hammocks as well! The chair hangs loosely which is also a concern of our with our 3 children, we feel safe that they can get in and out easily without fear of flipping over on a tightly stretched hammock. As a family we couldn’t be more pleased with it!
