My family has been using Microsoft products for over 18 years. Their products stand the test of time, and if you’ve visited a Microsoft store across the country, you know they have more to offer than just tech products. I’ve seen a store in a mall we frequent but have never gone in. We took a road trip to the Palo Alto Microsoft store to find out more of what they can do for us, considering we’re in the market for some new electronics!
Microsoft retail stores offer an edited assortment of best-in-class products, including Surface, Windows PCs, Windows Phones, Kinect for Xbox 360, Office and accessories. The Palo Alto store is large and spacious in the back we witnessed a personal training session in the theater space, by the way, sessions like this are available at no charge!
We have one tablet in our household and are really looking for another. All 5 of us were enthralled by the Surface RT tablet as well as the integrated keyboard available!
We spent close to an hour in the store and the customer service was fantastic, we were always checked on and asked if we were interested in learning more about each and every product! My younger kids were thrilled to get hands on with the Xbox 360 gaming system that they’ve only played with at friends’ houses, my son fell in love with the mobile Xbox!
Life is complicated. Technology shouldn’t be. Enjoy worry free technical support and protection and help safeguard your new device thanks to the Answer Techs that are abundant around the store. No question is too simple, silly, or insignificant, I saw this in action and all the Tech support was done in proper timing without rushing or impatience.
