My daughter Kylie and I were so excited when Jen reached out us about reviewing a pair of roller skates from the company Roller Skate Nation. Growing up, roller skating was one of my favorite activities. I lived near a roller skating rink and I loved going there in my spare time. Since roller skating rinks aren’t around my like they used to be, neither of my girls have ever shared in my love of roller skating.

After talking to my 9 year old daughter, Kylie about roller skating she couldn’t wait to lace up her new skates and try them out. Kylie received a pair of #uGOgrl Quad Roller Skates by Lenexa in the color pink. She immediately loved the bright color and design of the skates. They have fun wheels in two different colors and came with three different colors of shoelaces to pick from. After taking the skates of the box, I was impressed by the high quality of the skates and the large amount of padding and ankle support found in the skates themselves.

After reviewing the safety instructions and making sure the screws and axles in the skates where snug, Kylie finally got try the new skates out. It took a while for her to get the hang out it but before we knew it she was skating around the yard. The skates provided a smooth ride for Kylie and I’m sure they will be the source of hours of outdoor fun the future.
