Zoom into first place with the Road Rippers R/C collection from Toy State. Engineered to capture the look and feel of real, high-performance cars, Road Rippers toys feature multiple play functions and authentic design details to help keep playtime rolling all day long.
We received one of the Road Rippers R/C “Motor Muscle” cars which features replicas of classic 1960’s and 1970’s muscle cars complete with lights and sound features for each walkie talkie-themed controller.
Our Take: Our Dodge Super Bee plays the song “Shout” and just gets the kids dancing and singing while they play with the car. The car has been tons of fun. We’ve had it going just about every day for a few weeks and the batteries are holding in up in both the car and the remote! The kids have named their car “Buster” and treat is like their pet more than a race car following them around and hopping the steps around the house and going for “walks” around the block with it. The car lights up when it runs, so shutting the lights out at night and maneuvering it about is tons of fun for both my son (age 9) and my younger daughter (4).
The Road Ripper Remote Control cars are $29.99 and would make a fabulous gift for the holidays.
