What’s one thing 4 year old’s love?  Playing outside, in rain, wind, bitter cold, and extreme heat.  Four year olds are kinda like mail carriers!  Last week we got some much needed California rain and immediately my daughter ran to get her rain boots and umbrella from the closet made by Kidorable.  We loved reviewing their products last year and this year we finished off the outfit by adding a mermaid rain coat to the ensemble!

What impresses me most is their attention to detail.  The mermaid coat has bright designs on the sleeves, hood, and even the bottom is formed in the shape of a fish tail.  Each purple and yellow scale is 3-D and not just drawn on, giving it texture and movement.  Each snap button has a starfish cover the coat comes with a mermaid-shaped hanger.  You just know these items are created with love and a smile!

Our take:  The coat is made well, is warm, and the snap buttons are easy to navigate for my four year old to put on and take off.  My daughter is fascinated by mermaids in books, movies, and is even dressing as one for Halloween, the coat just perfect for little girls.  The colors are bright and lively and makes any rainy day a fun and happy one. Putting the whole mermaid themed rain gear together makes for great outdoor rain fun and photos!
