If you haven’t checked out their website, you’ll be amazed how many different products they have to make novices to experienced cooks prepare a meal in minutes for their families! We had the grand opportunity to try out the Griddler Jr., an indoor version of a barbecue grill that is fantastic for the winter months when the weather can’t get you outside!
With it’s compact size, it fits on a counter top with plenty of space to prepare and organize you meal for the night.
There are 3 ways you can use the Griddler Jr., as an open grill to prepare steaks, chicken, or any meat you use your outdoor grill for. Second, use it as a grill press to make hot sandwiches with those great grill marks and melted cheese. Or use it like we did, making burgers by cooking both sides at once and in minutes, this is great if you’r like us with activities, sports, and children who ask to eat NOW!
With your patties, place them on the grill, and gently press down on the lid.
For the first time, my husband was skeptical about how long they’d really take, we like our meat well done. There are 3 heat settings for getting your food done just the way you like it.
We love the gentle slope of the machine that drips into the grease cup to keep your food as healthy as possible.
Three solid minutes and we had delicious burgers!
Cooked thoroughly, they tasted just like they came off the outdoor barbecue!
Easy to clean, you just remove the non-stick heat plates and wash with soap and water!
We were completely impressed by Cuisinart’s Griddler Jr. and have since made quesadillas, tuna melts, and even bacon! It’s a fabulous gadget to own, and is affordably priced at $79.95.
