It’s summer, but the mornings are still cool in central California. My mornings are not complete without my hot coffee made with my new Keurig Signature Brewer.
Why is this different from other one-cup brewers I’ve tried? Here are a few basics:
- 48 oz. water reservoir
- 3 brew/cup sizes: 6 oz., 8 oz., 10 oz.
- Auto on/off
- Digital clock
- Adjustable temperature control
- Holds up to 8 cups before refilling
- Removable drip tray for easy cleaning and use of travel mugs
Now for some of my favorite reasons!
Two words, water filter! I normally add bottled water to my coffee machines, this model, you don’t have to! Use tap water and you will get a clean cup of coffee. Filter do need to be replaced, every 2-3 months. (yes, out of habit, I added bottled water for my first cup!)The My K-cup Reusable filter allows you to use ANY ground coffee you may have to brew your favorite cup, saves money and gives you infinite coffee possibilities!Variety! The Keurig Signature Brewer at Sam’s Club comes with 36 K-Cups, a variety pack and two brand boxes to sample what is out there! This was huge, there are so many flavors to try, coffee and tea and chocolate and a savings of about $30!The digital display helps you out in every aspect. Set a timer to have your brew ready for you, check the time, adjust the drink temperature (great for hot chocolate for the kids!), and let’s you know when you need to add more water. 3 sizes of drinks, really, that’s just above and beyond cool. Finally, have you seen the selection of K-cups at stores? There are about 10 times the variety comparative to other single cup brewers and variety is the spice of …..life and er… coffee!
After about 3 weeks, I’m happy as a clam using the Keurig. A downfall? Maybe one, it’s sort of loud. When the water is filtering through and when the cup is being brewed it makes an unpleasant churning noise, though it is only for a few short moments. Is it that big of a deal, not compared to all the great aspects of it!

I’ve heard so much regarding these coffee machines and from what I gather, they’re pretty good if there is just one person who wants a quick cup of coffee.
I know my sister has been begging me to win her one for the longest time now. LOL

I heard so much hype for an over priced coffee maker i got the Keurig Signature Brewer from sams $129 and was not impressed, i told my husband he can have it for his own office at work, i have been drinking coffee for years and can say it does not get as hot as i like it, but it is nice n easy clean up

I’m thinking the only thing this machine doesn’t do is deliver the coffee to you in bed….
Looks like a great coffee maker.
