Our take: First the frustration…all the ties and twists and tape to keep those dolls in the packaging can be a struggle. Even with the gentlest of hands (mine) the wings on Tink tore right off when I was trying to remove her from the box. 
After some tears (my daughter’s) and tape, we got them back to almost new and then it was all smiles from then on. My daughter recited lines from the movie, and the imaginary play lasted hours. I think they may end up having a sleepover all together tonight! The iridescent wings attach with velcro and the shoes and outfits are removeable on both dolls. My daughter tells me, “it’s okay mom that Tink’s wings ripped, they’ll heal and Periwinkle has wings to share.” SWEET!

Our Take: Just in time for the movie release in stores AND Halloween, these wings will be a delight to any princess and fairy lover! The elastic straps fit nicely over the arms and with a switch of a button, the wings’ fiber optics go from blue to green to lavender to red and back. My daughter is going to be a bee for Halloween, but I promised she could wear the light up wings beneath her bee wings when we trick-or-treat, it will look so neat at night! Remind the kids to switch to off to save the batter (included–yay!) and when in test mode you can push the button on the back to see the lights.
