Every year I try and out-do birthdays from years past. This year we got this behemoth jump house slash jump slide in our front yard. I worried about the length, I didn’t realize it was taller than our house! Aside from that, the kids and the birthday girl had a BLAST!

How fun. I can relate to really trying to do it up. My son has not really seemed to care one way or the other. But with my daughter, I was always mindful that each bday was a milestone as she had a malignancy. And bdays lit her world up…so we acknowledged all eleven of them in a grand way and I have fond memories of each of them.
