America’s largest general scientific conference -the Annual Meeting of the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) – will convene in San Jose (for the first time in their 167-year history) February 12-16 at the San Jose Convention Center. Families with children, teachers, early-career scientists, and all others with a curious mind are invited to come to events that are free and open to the public.
With cutting-edge, lay-friendly talks on topics such as online education, evolutionary biology, and citizen science, as well as hands-on science activities for children, the AAAS Annual Meeting promises something for people of all ages and interests.
