Our Take: We are a household that buys bottled water by the gallon and by the 16oz. bottle on a weekly basis. For intense flavor, 3-4 pushes was good. I prefer my water plain, but the kids can enjoy a slight fruity taste but all the benefits of water without all the extra sugars!
